Disclaimer: Trade'Em Up Expo is a tabletop gaming and pop culture convention, not exclusively a trading card show. While many of our vendors will offer trading cards and related products, the event features a wide variety of exhibitors and experiences beyond card vendors.
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval. Submitting an application or having a payment marked as pending does not guarantee acceptance or a vendor table. Applicants will be notified once their application has been reviewed and a final decision has been made.
NO AI ART IS ALLOWED TO BE SOLD THAT ALSO INCLUDES PRODUCT MADE SUCH AS PROXY CARDS ETC THAT MAYBE MADE WITH AI - While we understand vendors or artist may use AI logos or advertisements, it should only be used for business related purposes such as promotion.
Vendor Package
Each standard vendor table includes:
One (1) 6' x 3' vendor table
One (1) Chair
One (1) Tablecloth
One (1) Vendor Badge
Vendor badges are extremely limited and will only be issued to registered exhibitors.
Vendor Directory & Promotion
Every confirmed vendor will be featured on the official Trade'Em Up Expo website.
Your vendor listing will include:
- Business name
- Company logo (if provided)
- Brief business description
- Direct link to your social media or online store
This allows attendees to discover your business before, during, and after the event.
Additional Vendor Badges
Need another helper at your booth?
- One (1) additional Vendor Badge may be purchased for $45 per table.
- Additional badges are limited and available while supplies last.
All individuals working your booth must be listed prior to the event. For security purposes, only registered
individuals will receive vendor credentials.
Badge & Wristband Policy
Please keep your badge and wristband secure throughout the event.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged badges or wristbands are subject to a $50 replacement fee.
- Vendor badges are non-transferable.
Badges may only be used by the individual they are assigned to.
Vendor Table Policy
- Vendor tables may not be transferred, resold, or reassigned without written approval from Trade'Em
Up Expo. - Tables are assigned by event management.
- Specific table requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Every person attending with your booth must be listed before the event.

Coffee and light refreshments will be available for vendors during each scheduled setup period.

Vendors are expected to remain open during all published show hours. Early breakdown is discouraged and may impact eligibility for future Trade'Em Up Expo events
