For the quickest access to the Expo, we recommend parking in:
- Parking Lot B
- Parking Lot C
- Parking Lot D
These parking areas provide the closest access to the Trade'Em Up Expo entrance.
Vendors and VIP attendees will have access to a designated private parking area. Additional parking instructions will be provided before the event.
Entry & Event Hours
- VIP Entry: 10:00 AM
- General Admission: 11:00 AM
- Friday Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Scheduled Events & Tournaments: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM daily
We recommend arriving early to avoid lines and maximize your time exploring the expo before events begin.
What to Bring
Get ready for an incredible weekend at Trade'Em Up Expo! To make your check-in fast and your experience stress-free, be sure to bring the following:
🎟️ Your Badge or Ticket
Have your digital or printed confirmation ready for a quick check-in.
🪪 Valid Photo ID
A government-issued ID may be required for badge pickup, VIP access, age-restricted areas, or purchases.
💳 Payment Methods
While many vendors accept credit cards and digital payments, bringing some cash is always a good idea for smaller purchases.
🎒 Backpack or Tote Bag
You'll likely leave with collectibles, games, merchandise, artwork, and more. Bring a comfortable bag to carry your finds.
💧 Reusable Water Bottle
Stay hydrated throughout the weekend. Refill stations may be available throughout the venue.
🔋 Portable Phone Charger
You'll be taking photos, checking schedules, and staying connected all day. A power bank is highly recommended.
🃏 Items to Trade
Bringing trading cards, Beyblades, model kits, board games, or other tabletop collectibles? Make sure they're organized and ready to trade.

You'll be exploring hundreds of exhibitors, tournaments, and activities, so dress comfortably for a full day of walking.
